The Milwaukee Area Labor Council has recently formed an Immigrant Rights Committee! This committee is made up of union members across a wide range of sectors, from building trades to nurses to hotel workers. We are working together to make sure the Milwaukee Labor movement is well equipped to handle any type of immigration enforcement that is sent our way. We can do trainings, workshops, or even short speeches on the importance of immigrants in our workforce at your union hall/meeting.
