Wisconsin Trusts Rogers to Serve People Who Desperately Need Help. Rogers Has Violated That Trust. 

Rogers Behavioral Health is one of the country’s largest mental health nonprofits. But over the past year, Rogers has cut care for patients — and hurt the people delivering it:

• Cut individual therapy
• Replaced therapists with A.I.
• Eliminated caseload caps
• Reclassifying clinicians and moving them from salary to hourly

Rogers workers in Wisconsin organized a union to improve care and reverse changes that have made it harder for patients to get the services they need. Rogers responded by firing caregivers and spending hundreds of thousands of patient-care dollars on union-busting lawyers
